Make-Up Policy
At NATA, we believe in transparency and fairness for our clients. Our makeup policy ensures that you receive the classes you signed up for, even in the event of rainouts or holidays.
Guaranteed Class Count
- If you sign up for 3 classes per week, you are guaranteed 12 classes per month.
- If you sign up for 2 classes per week, you are guaranteed 8 classes per month.
- If you sign up for 1 class per week, you are guaranteed 4 classes per month.
We understand the value of consistent training, and our makeup policy is designed to provide assurance and clarity to all our clients.
Payment Policy
At NATA, we prioritize the security and convenience of our clients when it comes to the registration and payment process.
Registration Site
All clients are required to register through our secure Registration Site powered by ‘gotimmy.com’. This secure system allows us to safeguard your information and ensure the safety of your data.
Credit Card on File
To streamline the payment process, all clients must keep a credit card on file. This ensures smooth and efficient handling of monthly payments.
Monthly Payment Process
If NATA does not receive the monthly payment by the 7th of the month, the credit card on file will be billed to keep the process simple and hassle-free for our clients.
Cancellation Policy
Players who will not be attending the academy must give a 30-day notice to avoid being billed for the following month.

Can we make payments other than Credit card?
Yes, we accept Zelle using the following email: natapayments@gmail.com.
Please make your payment by the 7th and be sure to write the invoice # in the ‘notes’ section.
Why is there an Yearly Admin fee?
There is a $150 yearly admin fee for all Terrell Mill orange ball, green ball and academy I players.
Riverside members pay a monthly $15 admin fee for nonmembers.
How will we be notified when there is inclement weather?
You will receive a text or email from our Nata.gotimmy system on the rare days where the courts are soaked and simply unplayable and unsafe.
Rain makeup days will be held every Friday and the second Saturday of every month if there is inclement weather and the courts are not playable, make up days will be held every Friday.
