Release and Hold Harmless Agreement

1. I, the undersigned participant (or parent/guardian if the participant is under 18 years of age), hereby acknowledge that participation in activities organized by North Atlanta Tennis Academy, LLC (NATA) involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or other losses.

2. I voluntarily agree to assume all risks associated with my (or my child's) participation in NATA activities, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

3. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue North Atlanta Tennis Academy, LLC, its owners, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and all other persons or entities acting on its behalf (collectively referred to as "Releasees"), from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in NATA activities.

4. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to my participation in NATA activities.

5. I understand that this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Georgia and agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder of the agreement will continue in full legal force and effect.

6. I affirm that I am of legal age and am freely signing this agreement.

7. I have read this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement, understand its terms, and agree to be bound by it.
